Employer: Simpsons Malt Location: Berwick upon Tweed Postion : Temporary Closing Date: Open for applications  During the busy harvest period between July to October we are looking to employ keen people to assist with laboratory testing at Tweed Valley Maltings. Typical duties will include: Analysis of malt and cereal products; Following Company/Industry recognised methods; Familiarisation with Industry-specific compliance schemes; Collecting, preparing and testing samples; Recording and presentation of results to internal/external customers of the laboratory. Standard hours will be 8.00am–5.00pm, however flexibility is required to cover 7.00am- 7.00pm Monday to Friday, with the potential for weekend working.
