What Personal data do we collect and process?
Forms – The information you give us on our forms (contact or get involved) may include your name, your job title, your company name, postal address, email address, phone number and your message to us.
Activity – details of engagement activity, offered or delivered, which has been organised and delivered by us or partners in education. When requesting data from schools we will specify under GDPR not to send data which includes personal data but to anonymise.
Information is recorded on our database Rubi, a CRM system, which is hosted in the UK in either London or Romford.
With regard to each of your visits to our site we may automatically collect the following information:
Technical information – this website keeps track of usage data, such as the source address that the page request is coming from (your IP address, domain name, operating system, browser type), date and time of the page request, the referring website (if any) and other parameters in the URL (for example search criteria). This information is stored in log files and is used for system administration and aggregated and statistical reporting but is not attributed to you as an individual.

In line with the principles of ‘data minimisation’ and ‘storage limitation’ we will only ask for information we need and not collect too much or irrelevant information. We will hold your data for no longer than is necessary.
