Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts Department at Lloyd Ltd Kelso.

As a key member of the team supporting the branch, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Parts Department and ensuring the needs of our customers are met. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Serving parts to both internal & external customers whilst ensuring the Parts Department standards are met.
  • Receiving, correctly identifying, and warehousing incoming stock.
  • Ensuring best practise housekeeping standards are kept for all areas of the Parts Department.
  • Supporting the Parts Department to deliver objectives and reach targets.
  • Assisting with completing administration work for the Parts Department.
  • Participating in the annual departmental stock checks.







The ideal Trainee Parts Advisor will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and able to use own initiative.
  • Outstanding timekeeping skills.
  • IT Literate.
  • Good head for numbers / remembering codes.
