The IT Helpdesk Analyst role is to provide technical support to the client and customers. The key responsibilities will be to deliver excellent first line incident and problem management and resolution across the IT systems and applications; and to maintain various housekeeping tasks on the systems to ensure effective day-to-day running of the IT services.
To provide support to our business users by providing an effective Helpdesk service, delivering excellent 1st line incident/problem management & request fulfilment across the IT systems ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs and IT Security Policies. Working as part of a team to troubleshoot and resolve user issues, escalating to internal/3rd party support teams ensuring business users are informed at all stages. The role will also involve maintaining various housekeeping tasks on the systems to ensure effective day-to-day running of the IT services.
