The role involves dealing with a variety of inbound calls and outbound calls where you will be assisting customers with arranging payment plans, collecting payments and dealing with general queries.
Duties will include
Managing customer enquiries and finding appropriate solutions to queries. Negotiating customer payment plans over the telephone. Ensuring customer records are updated accurately and timeously. Ensure customer complaints are dealt with professionally and efficiently
What you'll need
Applicants must have excellent customer service skills; gained either within a telephone based role or customer facing environment. Attention to detail, numeracy and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, however full training will be provided.
